“People in strange uniforms will be around Port-of-Spain.”
Minister of Trade and Industry, Mariano Browne, has warned “Businessmen and residents in Port of Spain” to “stock up on the raw materials and equipment they will need to keep their operations and lives afloat during the weekend of the Fifth Summit of the Americas beforehand, as the security operations being put in place will not allow for deliveries to be made within several streets in Port of Spain.”
What of residents of other areas of the country? Won’t they also be affected? All citizens should stockpile food/water, security equipment/supplies and medical supplies, at all times. Not just during a summit.
We are also told to expect to see “People in strange uniforms will be around Port-of-Spain.”
